Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager leads a regional sales team across South Europe to achieve revenue targets, build a robust regional pipeline, forecast growth, and drive therapy adoption in Peripheral Vascular. You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typically exceeding six months, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order-to-cash and customer experience, and provide performance insights to senior leadership. The role requires field-based leadership with significant travel across Italy and Spain, strong relationship-building with healthcare systems and accounts, and ongoing development of regional commercial strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial and clinical experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or commercial leadership role with direct team management responsibility
- Experience leading complex sales cycles within healthcare or similarly regulated environments
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English and proficient in at least one additional language relevant to South Europe
