Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager focused on driving customer satisfaction, supporting sales partners, managing forecasts and budgets, and expanding market presence through prospecting, pricing intelligence, and industry representation. Role involves traveling frequently to manage customer relationships, support business growth, and sit remotely within Texas. Responsibilities include working with internal teams, supporting independent rep agencies, forecasting and budgeting, market intelligence for pricing and aftermarket trends, new account setup and order processing via ERP, representing ZF at trade shows, and providing backup within the department.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree required or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel 50-75%
- 3+ years customer service or sales experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Effective presentation and communication skills
