Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager based in Madrid leading the Owned and Operated store network and Wholesale region in central Spain. Responsible for building high-performing teams, driving sales and profitability across boutique stores and wholesale accounts, ensuring global and local brand standards are executed, and maintaining a customer-centric approach. Lead Store Managers through coaching and development, recruit top talent, and partner with HR, Retail Ops, and Merchandising to maximize people, product, and operational opportunities. Deliver best-in-class customer experience, maintain visual merchandising standards, analyze performance to identify opportunities, and manage payroll and regional stock/territory metrics. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills in both Spanish and English are essential, with the ability to travel extensively and operate in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive retail background
- Experience managing multiple stores within a leading fashion brand
- Field-based sales leadership
- Ability to recruit and develop Store Managers
- Strong communication in Spanish and English
- Availability to travel extensively (up to 80%)
- Proven track record of achieving store KPIs and profitability
- Experience with training programs and merchandising standards
