Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager for the Bogota territory responsible for driving complex SaaS security solutions sales, meeting/exceeding quotas, and developing strategic account plans. Utilize consultative selling to engage executive sponsors, expand enterprise deployments, and displace competitors. Leverage data-driven demand generation, stay ahead of industry trends, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer success. Travel within the territory as needed to foster relationships and participate in company-wide meetings. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; experience selling complex SaaS-based technology in security contexts is required. Remote role with hybrid collaboration across geographies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience selling complex SaaS-based technology solutions
- Experience leading all aspects of complex sales cycles
- Knowledge of SaaS architectures, preferably in networking/security
- Deep knowledge of Bogota, Colombia territory
- Excellent time management and autonomous work style
