Job Summary
Create and maintain strong partnerships with key retail personnel to grow Oishii sales, manage inventory allocations, and ensure accounts meet merchandising standards. Lead a team of 2-4+ part-time District Sales Associates and oversee a third-party merchandising agency to support store presence. Open new independent grocery accounts and develop field marketing strategies by identifying local partners and events. Spend 80%+ time in-trade, traveling to assigned regions every other week for store visits. This role drives commercial growth across Florida, North Carolina, and Atlanta for Oishii, the world's largest indoor vertical strawberry farm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
- Minimum 5-7 years of field sales/management experience and a track record of success, ideally within CPG/Grocery
- Must be capable of standing, walking, and working on feet for prolonged periods
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Valid US driver's license required and have a reliable vehicle you are willing to use to travel in the assigned region
- 80%+ time spent in-trade/field during the week and weekends (must have availability on weekends during the month)
- Travel to assigned regions every other week for store visits (3-5 days in market) as well as occasionally weekend visits to support market growth

- Opening new independent grocery accounts as required and involvement in the local food community
- Ability to quickly shift priorities to meet deadlines and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, clearly, concisely and with purpose at various levels of the organization
