Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager for ProAll tasked with increasing sales, market share, and brand awareness in NW USA and Western Canada; responsibilities include travel to visit existing and prospective customers, performing cost-benefit analyses, generating leads, managing the sales cycle to close new business, coordinating with marketing and other teams, maintaining client relationships, meeting sales quotas, and tracking activity in CRM.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience is an asset - willing to train the right person
- Experience in the construction industry, construction processes and construction materials is preferred
- Concrete experience is an asset and preferred – willing to train the right person
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Able to learn or experience with sales software and other sales tools
- Self-motivated and can work well under limited supervision
- Time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Team oriented, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Problem solving skills and strong work ethic
