Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager overseeing technical sales of dosing components and automation solutions across high-tech sectors (automotive, electronics, 3D printing, aerospace) with a defined territory. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, building the customer base, collaborating with US and Germany engineering teams, developing business with electronics/automotive/components/additive manufacturing customers, managing internal/external project management, generating quotes, providing customer support, and attending trade shows. Role is remote-based with travel, starting with initial training in Atlanta, GA and Germany; home offices are in CO, TX, MI, GA, and MA. Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and MS programs required; travel frequently. Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; minimum 2 years of technical sales experience; dispensing experience preferred; willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of technical sales experience
- Dispensing experience preferred
- Extensive training at headquarters in Germany will be provided
- Ideal candidate is an engineer with technical sales experience in automation technology
- Proficiency in MS programs
- CRM experience, Salesforce preferred
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
