Regional Sales Manager - Northeast

Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast leads growth across OH, MI, WV, PA, NY, VT, ME, NH, RI, MA, and CT by managing an existing representative network and direct customers, developing growth plans, and driving new business with a focus on process instrumentation products. Responsibilities include calling on prospective customers, maintaining current customer relationships, coordinating with proposals and other departments, directing and training local sales representatives, executing value-proposition and solutions-based sales, developing and exceeding quotas, providing sales forecasts, attending corporate sales meetings and industry events, maintaining CRM data, and traveling within the territory. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and five years of related sales experience, must reside in the assigned territory, and possesses strong knowledge of instrumentation products, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage and train a sales team plus travel as needed. Additional duties include updating product knowledge, building strategic plans, and ensuring coordination with marketing and other departments to maximize territory penetration and customer satisfaction.
