Regional Sales Manager – Nordics, Baltics & Ireland

Job Summary

Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Specialty Sales Representatives operating across the Nordics, Baltics, and Ireland. Own regional performance against sales, activity, and quality KPIs while implementing national and regional strategies in line with partner objectives. Drive consistent execution while adapting to local market needs and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Training, and Operations teams. Monitor performance using CRM data and field insights, taking corrective action where required. Ensure all activity is conducted in full compliance with local laws, partner requirements, and industry codes of practice. Support talent development, succession planning, and capability building across the region. Manage a portfolio spanning immunology, gastroenterology, and dermatology within specialty care settings.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical field sales (specialty / secondary care preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in field sales people management (leading a field team)
  • Experience delivering performance across complex territories and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong coaching, performance‐management and execution capability
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, business, or a related discipline
  • Must be legally qualified to work in the country of employment
  • Fluent in the local native language and business‐level English
  • Valid driving licence
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time across assigned countries

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in immunology, gastroenterology, or dermatology
  • Prior multi‐country / regional leadership experience
