Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager to expand Lakeshore’s K–12 educational footprint by securing new and repeat business with school districts and educational programs within the assigned territory (El Paso, Las Cruces, and Odessa). You will collaborate with internal sales resources, coordinate with HQ and sales channels, and represent Lakeshore at conferences to promote the brand. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying needs, and driving sales strategies with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with travel within the territory (including 2–3 overnight stays per week) and the ability to perform work from home. A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is required. The compensation structure highlights a competitive base with uncapped commissions, plus benefits and work-life support.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Solid presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
