Regional Sales Manager (Mutual Funds)

Job Summary
Develop specific account and business plans for existing and prospective clients to maximize district targets, while profiling advisors to uncover needs and drive cross-sell opportunities. Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date advisor fund flows to identify trends and provide retention suggestions, ensuring compliance with expense management and regulated procedures. Establish strong internal and external relationships to optimize sales, delivering effective presentations, conference calls, and market updates to dealers and brokers. Participate in branch visits, seminars, road shows, and industry events, utilizing CRM and Leads Module tools to achieve required business results. Operate out of the Toronto office covering the Niagara Region, GTA, and Northern Ontario with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of the investment industry
- Minimum of 5 years of mutual fund sales experience
- Proven sales ability

- University degree or equivalent work experience

- Cover a territory spanning from the Niagara Region, through the GTA and north of the city
- Occasional travel to Barrie and Northern Ontario on an as-needed basis

- Advanced certification CIMA
- Advanced certification CFA
- Bilingual communication, both written and oral, in French and English
