Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager – Midwest responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and brand presence in Chicago and the broader Midwest. Develop and execute regional sales strategy, drive revenue growth, manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners, and collaborate with independent representative agencies and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Management, Operations). Lead in-market execution of displays, brand standards, and customer experience; manage regional budget, CRM data, and forecasting. Requires 60–70% travel within the Midwest with occasional international travel. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years of regional sales experience in plumbing/building products or related industry; strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
