Job Summary
Drive profitable regional growth across the Americas by owning order intake, revenue performance, and margin for your assigned territory. Manage a portfolio of direct customers, OEMs, integrators, and strategic channel partners while executing the customer buying process through proactive prospecting, site visits, and application-based solution selling. Maintain disciplined opportunity management in Salesforce, including forecasting, pipeline development, and deal progression, while leading technical discussions in collaboration with Applications Engineering and Service teams. Enable distribution partners through joint sales activities and alignment with FOBA sales processes. This remote role requires 50%+ travel within the Mid West region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in capital equipment or engineered solutions
- Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value opportunities
- Experience selling into industries such as automotive, medical devices, packaging, or industrial manufacturing
- Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ within the assigned territory
