Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to sell Torq’s no-code security automation product within our Strategic prospects and customers in Mexico. The role involves executing a territory coverage plan, delivering on quarterly revenue targets, and developing long-term strategic relationships with clients and channel partners. Ideal candidates will have extensive direct sales experience in security software, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to engage with the 'C' suite effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of direct sales experience selling security software
- Measurable track record in new business development and over-achieving sales targets
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in selling complex enterprise security software solutions
- Ability to adapt to fast-growing and changing environments
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
- Strong executive presence and polish
- Excellent listening skills
- Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA (e.g., CoM, Challenger, MEDDICC)
