Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager in the commercial work truck and van upfit space responsible for expanding territory, securing new business, and managing key fleet accounts. You will develop strategic territory plans, build and maintain customer relationships with municipalities, dealerships, fleet customers, contractors, and government organizations, deliver tailored upfit solutions, create accurate quotes, manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, and provide regular territory updates. The role requires frequent travel (up to 75%), independent work, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of outside sales experience
- Experience in work truck or commercial van equipment sales
- Experience in fleet services, heavy equipment, trailer, crane, or industrial equipment sales
- Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce
