Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for Det-Tronics fire and gas detection solutions in the Midwest (preferred MN/IL). Responsibilities include promoting products to customers and channel partners, executing regional sales strategies, maintaining relationships with distributors, EPCs, contractors, and end users, identifying new business opportunities, developing account plans, managing opportunities from inquiry through order, coordinating with the estimation team for quotations and proposals, driving product specifications and vendor approvals, providing market intelligence, supporting forecasting and regional planning, and delivering timely reporting. Requires strong commercial acumen, technical curiosity, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across functions. Travel up to 50% and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience are required.
