Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager leading and developing a field sales team in the West Germany region; responsible for key accounts, territory management, and events; collaborate with marketing, national accounts, and professional services to maximize business value; recruit, train, and continuously develop high-performing representatives; drive achievement of sales targets through strategic leadership and performance management; requires degree in Business Administration or related field and 5+ years of leading B2B sales teams; fluent German and strong English; Salesforce proficiency and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; role located in Darmstadt with 100% remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and developing successful sales teams, ideally in a B2B environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Fluent German and good English language skills
