Job Summary
Drive regional sales growth and strategic development for Enovis in Nord-Hessen & Niedersachsen, managing a team of five orthopedic sales professionals. Lead revenue targets, cultivate relationships with hospitals and operator groups, and execute market initiatives for endoprosthesis solutions. Provide clinical support to medical staff, conduct product training, and analyze competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities. Manage the daily operations of the sales function, ensuring alignment with company goals while fostering a customer-focused team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Medizinprodukten
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Kliniken und medizinischen Ansprechpartnern
- Erste oder fundierte Führungserfahrung im Vertrieb
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
