Job Summary

Direct sales of MIRATECH product line in the Gas Compression Market in Louisiana. Responsibilities include managing account sales for the Louisiana region with distribution networks and direct accounts, developing and retaining customer relationships, creating territory and account plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Inside Sales, Project Management, Marketing, Product Development, Engineering, Finance, Production), delivering presentations to current and potential customers, negotiating pricing and service points, maintaining up-to-date CRM data, analyzing sales data for opportunities, and traveling up to 50% within the territory. Requires attention to detail, strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to work cross-functionally to meet sales targets.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful industrial product business-to-business sales, preferably in the gas compression, pipeline or downstream industries
  • Live within the state of Louisiana area or willing to relocate
  • A. or B.S. degree from an accredited college/university in Business / Marketing / Engineering preferred
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with CRM, ERP or other customer database systems
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Knowledge and understanding of reciprocating engines, silencers, and catalysts preferred
