Job Summary
Support customer field sales and service through expert training, specification consultation, accurate quoting, joint customer calls, and proactive warranty follow-up. Empower regional lease corporate and field sales teams with high-quality training, precise spec consultation, competitive quoting, efficient order entry, and accounts receivable support. Accelerate distributor growth by advocating within Morgan, leading joint customer calls, providing detailed costing, and administering Co-op & DI programs. Manage direct-to-fleet sales and service activities, delivering accurate specifications, competitive quotes, and streamlined order entry. Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Coordinate chassis-to-body orders, manage complex orders without VINs, and oversee customer-supplied materials. Lead timely warranty investigations, manage damage control, and support swift issue resolution. Serve as the primary link between Sales and Engineering, ensuring customer requirements are clearly communicated from quote through production. Respond rapidly to manufacturing "red flag" issues, driving immediate corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Driving record that meets Morgan standards
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Strong, current knowledge of the medium-duty truck market, including customer segments and effective sales strategies
- Proven ability to manage the full order lifecycle-from quoting through delivery-while providing follow-up support, warranty coordination, and exceptional customer care
- Highly organized and data-driven, with the ability to manage complexity and maintain operational efficiency
- Demonstrated strength in developing and sustaining trusted relationships with customers and business partners
- Resourceful and results-oriented, with the ability to address challenges quickly and effectively
