Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager for Pandora in Lima, Peru overseeing sales and operations for Concept Stores, SIS, Kiosk and multi-branded points of sale within the assigned area. Responsibilities include stimulating sales growth and profitability, implementing sales standards, monitoring KPIs, analyzing business results and applying corrective actions, identifying local opportunities across channels, visiting stores to ensure image and operational excellence, coordinating promotions with Marketing, overseeing store openings, cultivating relationships with franchisees and wholesale partners, overseeing stock management and training teams on top sellers and inventory turnover, developing internal talent and promoting a high-performance culture, ensuring flawless execution of marketing and VM plans, delivering on-the-job sales training, and monitoring budget performance. The role requires travel 80%+ across the region, and fluency in Spanish and English, with a focus on customer experience and brand integrity.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in regional sales roles, managing retail and wholesale
- strong focus on Operations and Development
- Proven expertise in retail strategies, project management, and business analysis
- Strong financial knowledge linked to retail (budget management, P&L interpretation)
- Mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel 80%+ of the time across your region
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Strategic mindset with a passion for problem-solving and driving results
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
