Regional Sales Manager - Latin America/Caribbean

Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will develop, maintain, and grow customer relationships while achieving targeted sales goals in the Latin America and Caribbean territories. Key responsibilities include establishing relationships across various organizational levels, creating and executing sales strategies, utilizing sales and marketing tools effectively, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver value-based solutions. The role demands strong sales expertise in capital equipment within the packaging industry, high ethical standards, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach. Extensive travel (60-70%) is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in capital equipment within the packaging industry
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex machinery specifications and features
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets
- Competent user of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Ability to travel as needed to meet customers and attend industry events (60-70%)
Desired Qualifications
- Bi-lingual in Spanish
- Portuguese a plus
- Experience with development of reps/agent network and or distributors
Additional Requirements
- Must reside within an hour of a major international airport
- Preference in Florida, Georgia or Texas
