Regional Sales Manager - Landscape

Job Summary
Lead commercial growth across the assigned region by setting strategy for specification development, channel structure, and market execution while managing the team responsible for implementation. Deliver strong sales performance across products and services to improve market share, profitability, and overall commercial execution. Define specification strategy by building relationships with Design Institutes, consultants, and other design influencers that shape project outcomes. Evaluate the distributor network on strategic fit and performance to propose selection and channel design decisions that support long-term regional growth. Strengthen regional sales team effectiveness through strong day-to-day people management, performance reviews, continuous coaching, and development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- BA degree
- Proven success leading sales teams in assigned region
- 10+ years in technical sales leadership, distribution, and large project sales
- Aptitude for quantitative analysis, strategic and tactical thinking, and detailed planning
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written form
- Fluency in English
Desired Qualifications
- MBA degree or equivalent business experience
- Knowledge of the landscape industry a plus
