Job Summary
Lead regional sales for wastewater treatment solutions across a multi-state Eastern US territory, driving revenue growth through an established network of manufacturer representatives. Manage and coach ~10 reps, develop new business via direct outreach and technical engagement, and present technical solutions to engineers, municipalities, and industrial clients. Represent the company at industry conferences/trade shows (10–15 annually). Collaborate with engineering to develop proposals, forecast territory performance, and build long-term client relationships. Navigate long sales cycles spanning months to years with high autonomy and substantial earning potential tied to performance.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5+ years in technical sales preferably wastewater/environmental solutions
- experience managing manufacturer rep networks
- ability to travel up to 80% across a regional territory
- strong presentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
