The role entails building a strong pipeline across near-, mid-, and long-term opportunities, presenting technical product benefits to business and scientific audiences, and collaborating with commercial, technical, and R&D teams to create customized ingredient solutions. Activities include CRM forecasting, cross-functional collaboration (operations, quality, marketing, customer service), industry trade show representation, and maintaining ongoing account plans to expand market share. 5+ years of relevant B2B ingredient sales experience, a hunter mentality, and a track record of exceeding sales goals are preferred. Compensation includes $130,000-$150,000 base plus bonus, with full benefits and 401K match. Our client emphasizes autonomy, accountability, and entrepreneurial drive in a remote-US-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B ingredient sales or business development experience within dietary supplements, functional foods, food ingredients, or nutraceuticals.
