Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives; develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share; monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement; build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders; collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals; conduct regular sales training and development sessions; prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management; stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities; ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations; willing to travel within the region as required.
