Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager for JR West focused on leading and expanding the territory through direct sales, dealer and distributor collaboration, and internal coordination with marketing. Responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, achieving targets, improving market share, monitoring gross margin, building strong relationships with industry players, launching strategies, generating and following up on sales leads, forecasting and budgeting, and training the sales team. Requires significant travel (50%), ability to manage inventory and billing processes, and willingness to work across field-based, remote, hybrid, and onsite modes in the Thane, Maharashtra region. Preferred background includes MBA and extensive experience in sales management, channel management, and key accounts within medical capital sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Post-graduate/MBA in any discipline
- At least 10-15 years sales and marketing experience (preferred medical capital)
- minimum 2-3 years or people manager experience
- Proven record in sales management, channel management and key account management
- Travel Percentage: 50%
