Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager to grow and manage a high-impact sales territory in the work truck and van equipment market. Responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic territory sales plan, identifying and securing new business opportunities with fleet, dealership, municipal, and government customers, growing wallet share with existing customers, and maintaining accurate Salesforce activity. Travel up to 75% to customer sites and dealerships, with emphasis on building long-term partnerships, delivering tailored upfit solutions, providing exceptional post-sale service, and collaborating with internal teams to exceed customer expectations. The role requires strong outside sales skills, account management, and the ability to operate independently within a dynamic market.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of outside sales experience
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: Work truck, Commercial van equipment, Fleet services, Heavy equipment, Trailer, crane, or industrial equipment sales
- Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Experience in manufacturing or commercial vehicle environments
- Familiarity with fleet operations, vocational vehicles, or commercial upfit solutions
