Job Summary

Regional Sales Leader to oversee and scale a growing sales organization in diagnostics/lab services; build and mentor a high-caliber sales workforce, design territories, drive market penetration, and align cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 10 years of sales experience preferred, ideally within diagnostics or lab services
  • Prior experience leading and expanding a sales team is strongly preferred
  • Sales Leadership Experience with a strong track record of developing successful teams
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
  • Background in diagnostics, laboratory services, or healthcare sales is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success executing strategy and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, rapidly scaling organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Willingness to travel throughout the region, including overnight trips
