Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager IP&E responsible for leading regional sales teams, driving IP&E market share gains, and enabling design conversion and non-demand IP&E projects. Execute supplier strategies and regional programs, train and develop field engineering and sales groups, and act as a spokesperson for the region. Collaborate with Arrow teams to exceed customer expectations, support quote follow-up processes, and engage with senior-level stakeholders. Requires 10+ years of leadership in IP&E sales, strong relationship-building, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in leading teams
- Experience in the IP&E sales areas
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Ability to hold business conversations with senior management
- Knowledge of industry and local markets
- Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset
