Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager leads and coaches the North Central region (IL, MN, WI, IA, ND, SD, northern NE) to achieve revenue goals within the corporate strategy. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring robust territory business plans, conducting field ride-alongs with Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists, leveraging analytics and Salesforce.com to manage the sales cycle, communicating regional performance to senior management, identifying and addressing market and customer challenges, and collaborating with recruitment and HR to onboard sales personnel. Requires extensive in-field travel, leadership, and capability to influence and train regional teams while ensuring compliance and healthcare regulatory guidelines. Bachelor’s degree required; prior medical device sales and management experience strongly preferred. Anticipated base pay range $100,000–$140,000 plus incentive opportunities; remote-work option indicated.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- At least five years of demonstrated success in medical device sales
- At least 2 or more years’ experience in Medical Device Sales Management
- Strong leadership qualities
- Proficient with MS Office Suite applications
- Extensive in-field travel required
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds
- Salesforce.com proficiency preferred
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and deal closing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- At least five years of demonstrated success in medical device sales
- At least 2 or more years’ experience in Medical Device Sales Management
- Strong leadership qualities
- Proficient with MS Office Suite applications

- Experience with orthopedics and/or surgical specialties is preferred
- Salesforce.com proficiency preferred
