Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager responsible for institutional sales and cross-sell Insurance and VAS across Tata Group companies in the region. Drive lead generation via BTL and digital integration, promote cross-sell across platforms, and engage Tata Group offices. Own end-to-end processes from create to convert (C.E.C.), manage pre-approved/pre-qualified offers for TGE and strategic initiatives, supervise conversion of leads, and drive distribution expansion with partner companies. Target connectors recruited, disbursals, activation, and productivity; support for insurance penetration and retail product cross-sell to CF developers/employees. Collaborate with sales teams to achieve regional growth and revenue objectives, identify opportunities to recruit maximum connectors, and expand distribution channels while leveraging data-driven campaigns.
