Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and company goals while managing the Rep Organization, Inside Sales, and Channel Sales for year-over-year revenue growth. Support and manage manufacturers' representatives by providing sales direction, product training, account strategy, and pipeline visibility to maximize territory performance. Hire, coach, and train personnel to maintain high customer service standards, and prepare sales reports, KPI data, and team performance metrics for upper management. Monitor representative performance against goals, customer engagement, opportunity development, and forecast accuracy. Establish strong cross-functional collaboration with all departments to support strategic initiatives and tactical business plans. Conduct effective resource planning to maximize productivity and design sales compensation plans aligned with industry benchmarks. Lead quarterly reviews with top customers to develop forecasts and identify trends, while embodying Infinite's culture of Positive Urgency and Accountability.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years or more experience selling
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of seven plus years of experience leading business development and regional sales
- Proven history of revenue growth of 10% or greater annually
- Strategic, structured thinker with strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Aptitude for framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and executing tactics and process improvements
- Strong collaborator with exceptional interpersonal and influence skills
- Ability to negotiate priorities across organizations at all levels with competing priorities
- Effective, clear, and concise communication and comprehension skills, verbal and written
- Ability to communicate the right level of information to executives and cross-functional teams at the right cadence
