Job Summary
Lead and direct reports in the field through the sales process; design and implement sales and marketing programs, set short- and long-term sales strategies, and drive customer retention to optimize sales performance and profitability. Responsibilities include partnering with Account Managers to engage customers, identify opportunities, develop account-entry plans, craft target presentations, and co-own top customers; analyze Salesforce-based data to identify growth opportunities; develop and refine sales processes to increase market share; coach and develop direct reports and recruit top talent. Requires operating a personal vehicle and 60%+ field time with occasional overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in a related discipline
- Typically 7+ years of experience in a related field
- May require certification
