Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager to drive territory growth across the Midwest and beyond by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business with end users, OEMs, system integrators, and distribution partners. Develop and execute strategic plans, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions addressing operational objectives. Maintain accurate activity, pipeline forecasts, and CRM data while traveling to support customer relationships and industry events. Strong ability to communicate technical products to diverse stakeholders and to hunt for opportunities with a focus on long-term revenue growth. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. The role emphasizes independent, quota-driven regional sales leadership with a track record of generating new opportunities in industrial/automation markets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B technical sales, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, automation, controls, software, or related markets.
