Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager sought to lead growth across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois and Wisconsin. Drive revenue by soliciting, winning, closing, and servicing loan transactions secured by equipment. Responsibilities include traveling to client offices for face-to-face meetings, prospecting via phone, email and social media, understanding and articulating complex finance and lease structures, presenting tailored financial solutions, achieving and exceeding sales targets, nurturing existing relationships, and attending industry training and events to stay ahead of market trends. Strong emphasis on relationship-building, strategic value propositions, and effective communication to connect with diverse clients; travel required to cover territory and engage with customers and prospects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or similar preferred
- 3-5 years of industry-related experience in finance, preferably structured equipment finance
- Strong understanding of sales, credit, marketing, business and management principles
- Excellent written, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to travel to prospective and existing client offices
