Job Summary

Regional Sales Manager for India responsible for owning the complete sales cycle across assigned regions, driving growth in enterprise and public-sector technology space. Build long-term partnerships with key customers and channel partners, identify target accounts, deliver demos and PoCs, manage tenders/RFPs, and close deals. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs. Develop account plans, maintain CRM, and provide accurate monthly forecasts. Build and manage indirect sales channels (system integrators and resellers) and represent Compelson at evaluations, events, and customer meetings. Work independently in the field and as part of a newly formed local sales team. Requirements include 5+ years in enterprise/public-sector technology sales in India (DFIR/mobile forensics/cybersecurity tools a plus), Bachelor's degree minimum (MBA preferred), fluent English, based in New Delhi/NCR with up to 50% travel, and strong communication skills to engage technical and procurement stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise or public-sector technology sales in India
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum (preferably NFSU/LNJN or MBA)
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Based in New Delhi / NCR and willing to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to manage full sales cycle, demos/PoCs, tenders/RFPs, and close deals
  • Experience building and managing indirect sales channels (system integrators, resellers)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
