Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager is a senior sales leadership role focused on driving new opportunities within named accounts, leading a virtual team of Illumio personnel and partners to win opportunities, and executing a territory plan to land and expand. Responsibilities include prospecting target accounts, collaborating with Business Development Representatives, building relationships with resellers and system integrators, forecasting client objectives, and leading cross-functional teams to secure multi-year security/cloud software deals. The role requires extensive full-cycle sales experience, a track record of meeting quotas, and the ability to sell to C-suite stakeholders across various lines of business. Remote-friendly with a Melbourne-based location and a focus on security and breach containment solutions in hybrid multi-cloud environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full cycle sales
- History of achieving quota
- Experience selling to the C-suite (all lines of business)
- Experience selling subscription models and multi-year deals
- Strong understanding how land and expand works
- Experience selling security and cloud software
