Regional Sales Manager – HVAC

Regional Sales Manager to lead HVAC sales in British Columbia. Oversee Vancouver-based sales representatives and the BC region, drive territory growth, develop sales plans, and motivate the team to achieve targets. Build and maintain relationships with mechanical engineers, developers, consultants, and contractors; monitor market trends and pricing for competitive positioning; leverage heat pump technology knowledge. Leadership responsibilities include guiding a growing HVAC sales team and delivering market expansion through strategic relationship development, sales leadership, and performance metrics. Strong presentation and technical communication skills are essential; experience with heat pump technologies is strongly preferred; minimum 8+ years of HVAC sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
