Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager in Houston responsible for developing a strategic growth plan with regional leadership, mentoring sales personnel, driving profitability in the assigned territory, maintaining client relationships, performing financial assessments of accounts, and ensuring safety, compliance, and quality control. Must leverage strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills to build business relationships, grow the customer base, and collaborate with operations to deliver exceptional service. Bonus points for additional outside sales experience in the medical field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing
- 3 – 5 years of outside Sales or Service experience in the medical field
- A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision
