Regional Sales Manager - Hospital Cardiology Team

Manage a team of five direct reports to achieve individual sales goals across the Tampa region. Sell to multiple call-points within the hospital setting, including cardiologists, electrophysiologists, nurses, and administrators. Promote sales, physician recommendations, and utilization throughout the territory while providing training and reimbursement assistance. Handle field expenses, reports, and convention attendance as needed. Maintain deep product and company expertise. Base salary is $150k with uncapped quarterly commissions totaling up to $250k, plus health, dental, and a car allowance.
