Regional Sales Manager - Hospital Cardiology Team

Manage a team of five direct reports to achieve individual sales goals across the Jacksonville to Panama City and Southern GA territory. Sell to multiple call-points within hospital settings, including cardiologists, electrophysiologists, nurses, and administrators. Promote sales, physician recommendations, and utilization throughout the region while providing training and assisting with the reimbursement process. Manage field expenses and reports, attend conventions as needed, and become a product and company expert. Requires 10+ years in medical device sales with 3+ in management. Base salary is $150k with uncapped quarterly commissions totaling up to $250k, plus health, dental, and car allowance.
