Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to exceed budget targets and expand market share. The role involves leading, mentoring, and training a team of Territory Managers and Sales Support Representatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing CRM system utilization, conducting coaching sessions, facilitating client onboarding, and fostering customer relationships. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, a proven track record in sales management within the distribution industry, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of experience in the distribution industry with demonstrated success in selling products to a local contractor base
- Demonstrated experience in leading a high-performing sales team is a plus

- 5+ years in the building products sector with proven success in sales and territory management
- Experience with senior stakeholders
- Expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans
