Job Summary
Lead regional CardioMEMS sales in North UK (Solihull remote; coverage from Birmingham to Scotland), owning regional performance, market strategy, and account planning. Drive new business and grow existing accounts, coach and develop Territory Managers, engage key customers and KOLs, and ensure compliant execution of market access and product adoption while meeting revenue targets. Build a high-performing regional sales team, foster cross-functional collaboration, and provide accurate forecasts and insights to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven middle management experience within the medical devices industry
- Strong results orientation with excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, think strategically, and work proactively with high self-motivation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable leadership style, able to engage diverse teams
