Job Summary
Lead regional field sales across CA, AZ, NV, and UT to drive OEM engagements and distributor partnerships. Manage OEM opportunities and distributor collaboration, guide technical discussions with engineers and buyers, build and maintain a target account list, provide product/solution training to distributor teams, and collaborate with Distribution Management, Product Management, and Account Management to align sales strategy. Travel up to 50% within the region. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of B2B field sales experience in OEM, technical, channel/distribution, or other complex technology-driven environments; CRM experience (SAP preferred) and strong relationship-building/consultative selling skills. Hybrid working policy reflects a blend of remote and office-based activities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B field sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Engineered or STEM background preferred
- Experience managing multi-step or complex sales cycles
- Experience with OEM, technical, channel/distribution, or other complex technology-driven sales environments
- CRM experience (SAP preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
