Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager responsible for leading field sales, OEM engagement, and distributor-partner development across CA, AZ, NV, and UT. Role involves driving new business with OEM customers while enabling distributor partners to support regional growth. Requires technical B2B selling experience, ability to engage with engineers and buyers throughout the sales cycle, and travel up to 50%. Must hold a Bachelor's degree (engineering or STEM preferred). Travel and remote work are supported within a regional scope; compensation includes base salary plus bonus. Responsibilities include OEM opportunity identification, design-in discussions, training distributor teams, and collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategy and execution.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B field sales experience
- experience managing multi-step or complex sales cycles
- Bachelor’s degree required, engineering or STEM preferred
- CRM experience (SAP preferred)
- travel up to 50% within the region
- ability to engage with OEM engineering, operations, and purchasing teams
- ability to lead technical customer discussions and influence design decisions
- strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
