Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth, developing sales strategies, and enhancing the dealer network for lease origination in the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between CULA and dealer representatives, conducting dealer training and presentations, and analyzing market conditions to recommend product changes. Successful candidates will have strong experience in the auto finance and leasing sectors and be proficient with industry-standard software tools. The position also includes maintaining CRM records and compiling statistical data to support management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to maintain communication with dealer partners
- Professional representation of CULA at trade conferences
- Ability to analyze and report market conditions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the auto finance and vehicle lease industries
- Experience with CULA leasing preferred
- Experience in banking or credit union industries desired
- Fifth year college or university program certificate, or equivalent industry-related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Knowledge of dealer desking tools like DealerTrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.
Additional Requirements
- Frequent travel is required (up to 70% per year)
- Must have a current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Own or access a reliable vehicle for transportation
