Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager leads a team of 15-20 Area Sales Managers in the North East US, focusing on increasing funded deals by partnering with automotive dealers; responsibilities include hiring/training/coaching ASMs, executing the Five Step Sales Process, dealer enrollment/onboarding, partner relationship building, coaching for performance, reviewing metrics, delivering quarterly performance reviews, and conducting field visits to drive program knowledge and results; required skills include cold calling, appointment setting, persuasive communication, strong presentation abilities, process orientation, knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques, and adaptability with sales software; a College Degree is preferred and 5-7 years in automotive/finance sales with leadership experience is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with outstanding results in Automotive, Finance and Sales including retail automobile dealerships REQUIRED
- College Degree PREFERRED
- Previous experience in a training and development role PREFERRED
- Previous leadership experience managing a top performing team PREFERRED
- 5-7 year’s previous experience in a sales role with a proven track record of success
- Dealer Participation/Reserve experience PREFERRED
