Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager oversees a 15–20-person ASM team in the North East US, driving funded deals by partnering with dealers through a consultative sales approach. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and managing ASMs; executing the Five Step Sales Process; prospecting and qualification; dealer enrollment and onboarding; relationship-building with dealers; coaching for performance; monitoring metrics; conducting quarterly performance reviews; field visits to coach best practices; handling dealer escalations; and shaping strategies to improve performance within control. Requires strong cold calling, presentation, interpersonal, and persuasive skills; proficiency with advertising, sales promotion, and common office software; automotive/finance/sales experience; and a college degree preferred. The role offers total compensation $120k–$180k annually, plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with outstanding results in Automotive, Finance and Sales including retail automobile dealerships REQUIRED
- 5-7 year’s previous experience in a sales role with a proven track record of success
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a training and development role
- Previous leadership experience managing a top performing team
- College Degree preferred
