Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager leads a 15-20-person ASM team in the North East US to grow funded deals by partnering with automotive dealers; responsible for onboarding and developing ASMs, coaching to execute the Five Step Sales Process, setting and reviewing metrics, conducting field visits, and delivering quarterly performance reviews to drive results. Core duties include hiring, training, and managing the team, prospecting and qualification, dealer enrollment and onboarding, relationship building, coaching for process adherence, and ongoing performance improvement. Key skills include consultative sales, strong presentation and interpersonal communication, influencing and training abilities, and proficiency with sales processes, advertising techniques, and CRM/tech tools. Education preference notes a college degree; extensive automotive/finance sales experience and leadership experience are required or preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with outstanding results in Automotive, Finance and Sales including retail automobile dealerships REQUIRED
- 5-7 year’s previous experience in a sales role with a proven track record of success
- College Degree PREFERRED
